The realization has a very special meaning for us. This is our first project in which we bought, renovated and sold an apartment on our own. How many challenges were there along the way? How many conversations? How many different options, requirements, paperwork? A whole lot, but if someone were to ask if it was worth it, of course it was.

I sent an intention into space, and it materialized in the form of this apartment. The photo in the ad was creepy, even scary, which attracted me all the more.

After a site visit, it turned out to be a duplex apartment, with a balcony, in a doinvested residential community. Brick building, wooden floor. In a word, an apartment with a soul. To this term, in fact, the whole project was attributed - from cleaning some of the walls with brick, increasing the openings that light the corridor, to cleaning the floor from old paint. This gave an amazing atmosphere and joy of creation.

We leave aside the minor details in the form of more than 8 tons of rubble that had to be hauled out of this apartment and the fact that all the installations had to be done from scratch, because the result we got exceeded our expectations.
